Windows英文版简体中文以日文、韩文和繁体中文字形显示的解决办法
由于工作原因，我一直使用英文版的windows系统。但文件名包含中文字体显示不正常忽大忽小。 后来发现是因为在英文版本的 windows 中，日文、韩文和繁体中文字体显示优先级高于简体中文字体，所以才造成了这个问题。
解决方法如下：
